This beautiful,
self-contained ground-floor flat overlooks the garden. It consists of
a large kitchen/dining room and an even larger "studio" bed-sitting room.
A small inner lobby leads to the bathroom which also has a separate walk-in
shower and a new full-size washing machine. |
| The heavily beamed
kitchen is well equipped with fitted oak units and a split-level cooker and
hob. There is also a new microwave, full size fridge-freezer, and
dining table & chairs. All the pots, pans and crockery one could ever
need, including the vital corkscrew!, are also provided. |

The focal point of the
living room is the large, red brick fireplace with a cast iron stove.
The sofa also converts into another bed if needed. Two large sofas,
bookcase, coffee table, television, video player and stereo provide the
ideal place to take it easy. |
| The room is spaciously
divided into a sleeping area with a double bed and cupboards, comfortably
separate from the seating area. |

All the rooms overlook the garden which
guests are welcome to use.
There is a studio pottery on-site and
we also hold pottery courses at certain times of the year.
All bed linen, towels, electricity and heat are included.
Smoking is NOT permitted in the flat.
